Hello There, I’m Kristen.

I can’t wait to learn your story.

My love of a good story started with a childhood of summer evenings on a Charleston front porch. Telling my stories and amplifying your story has proven the power of connection to build your brand, professional identity and business.

Just like a big glass of sweet tea at my kitchen table

Maybe it’s that low country flavor, but there’s just nothing like a cozy chat at the kitchen table with a friend. A cold glass, a delicious snack and catching up or looking forward – those moments of sharing stories stitch together the fabric of my life.

Pull up a chair and tell me about you, friend

This is a table that just gets better when you grab a seat – the more, the merrier!

There’s something – a subject, an idea, a memory, a dream – that lights you up. You can talk about it for hours, dive into the possibilities and details. And when you do? It’s like a light switch. The energy flows and a world of opportunity open for you.

I want to hear all about it. What got you interested. What you want to do with it. What gets your excited. What question you want to answer next.

Sit down at my table and share your story.

My Favorite Things

02. Dogs. Any dogs.

I will say “Awww, puppy!” to every dog I see. I’ll remember your dog’s name before yours, and I will give them belly rubs if they ask.

04. Water

I live on the bay in Tampa, FL and can see the sun rise over the water from my office window. I treasure a day at the beach. Vitamin Sea is a cure for so many of life’s ills.

06. A good laugh

that moment when you’ve laughed so hard with a friend that you’re both wiping your eyes and have to catch your breath. There’s a moment of quiet, a pause that is so full of love and mirth that it changes everything.

01. A crisp, cool morning

It’s my favorite time to go for a ride or walk the dog. There’s just something about the soft light and a full day ahead.

03. Fresh Bread

I learned to make my own bread in the no-sleep days after my son was born and it changed my perspective on bread forever

05. A steaming mug of tea

English breakfast tea, specifically. A little too sweet and with a dollop of milk. Morning, afternoon or night. It just makes for a cozy moment
